CE+C was the mechanical and electrical engineer for a study for the remodel of an existing cannabis medical dispensary. CE+C’s scope in the study included an HVAC system replacement for two small furnaces, a discussion of main duct replacement, the addition of dedicated outside air units for ventilation for all units, zone dampers for two to three zones for two larger units, a sink relocation, and a discussion with the fire marshal regarding fire sprinklers.
