CE+C was the prime consultant and MEP engineer for the interior build-out of a cannabis facility. The building is approximately 3,120 sf and contains grow, drying, clone, fertigation, and trim rooms, along with offices, kitchen, and restrooms. CE+C led a team including architect, civil, and structural sub-consultants. Our design was used as a basis for permitting.
