CE+C was the mechanical engineer for a tenant improvement and building expansion adding a cannabis facility to an existing pre-manufactured steel-framed building. The facility scope includes vegetation, grow rooms, and processing rooms.
We provided design and construction services for building interior plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire sprinklers. Our scope was to expand site power, provide power to lighting, and provide chillers to cool the grow room lighting. We coordinated our work with an architect and general contractor hired directly by the owenr.
